Injection Molding Supervisor

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania

We are currently seeking an Injection Molding Machine Supervisor for 2nd and 3rd shift operations. We take pride in our ability to deliver custom solutions to our clients and maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Job Description:

As Supervisor at Bardot Plastics, you will play a crucial role in setting up and supervising operations for the night shift production. The applicant must have experience in mold setup and operation/maintenance of injection molding machines, but we are willing to train if the applicant has similar experience.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of 12-15 employees.

- Set up and operate injection molding machines for custom molded parts.

- Verify parts and ensure they meet specifications through visual inspection, including the ability to conform to color.

- Follow verbal and written instructions for machine setup and production.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

- Maintain excellent attendance to ensure seamless production.

- Prioritize machine setup tasks and production schedules effectively.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in supervising and setting up injection molding machinery.

- Ability to verify parts and meet specifications through visual inspection.

- Proficiency in following verbal and written instructions.

- Commitment to following company policies and procedures.

- Excellent attendance record.

- 3 years of experience setting up injection molding machinery is a plus.
