About the Role

As an Assistant Administrator (AIT) at Care Pavilion, you will be responsible for assisting the Administrator in the overall management and direction of our care center. This includes:

• Assisting with daily operations , including supervising staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services we provide

• Collaborating with the Administrator to achieve strategic goals, develop budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Fostering a positive work environment , promoting teamwork, and ensuring a culture of respect and compassion among staff and residents

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure open and transparent communication

Requirements

• ** Strong organizational and leadership skills**, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and delegate responsibilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software systems
