Direct Hire / Full-TimeHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL A Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated refrigerated freight transportation opportunity. This position requires dependable, safety-focused drivers who can maintain delivery consistency, manage temperature-sensitive freight responsibly, and operate efficiently across regional dedicated routes throughout the Northeast. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed. Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL A automatic transmission trucks safely across dedicated Northeast regional routes
• Transport temperature-sensitive refrigerated freight while maintaining cargo integrity and compliance standards
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries efficiently across multiple stop locations
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure DOT compliance and equipment safety
• Maintain accurate mileage logs, ELD documentation, and transportation records
• Manage some unloading responsibilities while maintaining safe freight handling procedures
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and operational concerns
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Valid CDL A license
• Proven experience operating commercial tractor-trailer equipment
• Strong safety and DOT compliance history
• Ability to manage refrigerated or temperature-sensitive freight operations
• Comfortable operating regional Northeast routes
• Ability to handle some unloading responsibilities
• Strong time management and route planning skills
• Stable and consistent employment history
• Must reside within 75 miles of Blandon, PA
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Reefer experience strongly preferred
• Experience operating within Northeast regional freight lanes
• Familiarity with multi-stop delivery schedules
• Experience using electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Clean driving and inspection history
• Strong communication and reliability standards

• Jumpy or unstable employment history
• Poor driving or safety record
• No CDL A license
• No reefer or transferable freight experience
• DOT compliance violations or serious infractions
• Inability to handle unloading responsibilities
• Failure to meet location requirements

HireNow Package Compensation:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,416
• Top Weekly Pay: $1,591
• Average Annualized Earnings: $73,632
• Top Annualized Earnings: $82,732

Work Location:

• Blandon, PA (within 75 miles required)

Schedule & Freight Details:

• Dedicated SOLO Driver Position
• Home Weekly (34-hour reset)
• 2–3 Loads Per Week
• 2–3 Stops Per Load
• Temperature-Sensitive Freight
• Some Unloading Required
• Mileage Pay
• Stop Pay
• Safe & On-Time Bonus up to 3%
