THE POSITION Our friendly and enthusiastic team creates fun and surprise as they interact with guests to deliver the ultimate guest experience. As Café Associate (Part-time Seasonal), you will:

• Provide exceptional guest service in support of café operations
• Ensure that guests have the best café and shopping experience ever
• Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience
• Deliver food products in a timely fashion while maintaining health standards
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Comfortable handling food products while exceeding customer expectations
• Open to completing the ServSafe Food Handling certification course
• Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and able to effectively communicate menu features
• Previous food handling or cafe experience a plus
• Previous retail, cash-handling, merchandising skills, and customer service experience is also a plus
• Must be able to work irregular schedules including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays to support the needs of the business
• Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages
• Be welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staff
