Automotive Service Advisor
Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends.
Martin’s Auto Service in Landisburg, PA is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
Also known as a Service Writer , this role is the hub of our shop—working directly with customers and technicians to keep everything running smoothly from check-in to final delivery.
If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a solid, no-drama team, we’d like to talk with you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
- Answer phones and schedule service appointments
- Write repair orders and build estimates
- Clearly explain recommended services and timelines
- Order parts and coordinate with technicians
- Keep workflow organized and moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience required
- Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable using computers and shop software
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Automotive knowledge is a plus (we can help you learn)
Pay & Schedule
- $40,000 – $80,000 per year , based on experience and performance
- Full-time position
- Monday – Friday (No weekends)
