Landscape Crew Leader

Hanagan Landscaping Inc is a fast growing company that services the southeastern PA area providing landscape maintenance and construction to residential and commercial clients. We offer year round employment with the ability to grow within the company. We are looking to add a landscape crew leader to our current team.
Below are skills and experience requirements but the most important requirement we have at Hanagan Landscaping is being a team player, displaying a positive/ can do attitude everyday, and is looking to grow professionally and personally and move up within a growing company.
Landscape Crew Leader
This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a landscaping crew leader with references. This position requires attention to detail, good communication and team work. The candidate should have experience in the following categories:
- Planting, mulching, pruning, installing seed and sod, grading and lawn renovations.
- Proper planting techniques and plant ID.
- Experience with installing drainage systems.
- Pond/water feature experience (not necessary but preferred.)
- Experience operating MT-52 (or equivalent machine) skid steer loaders, mini excavator.
- Have a current drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Efficiently run a crew to complete landscape projects.
