Commercial HVAC Technician
Expectations for the role:
To provide great customer experience through quality workmanship and communication with fellow coworkers and customers.
Job Duties:
- Perform assigned service calls to company quality standards while maintaining code requirements.
- Communicate with the manager and CSR dispatcher of the progress of each call given.
- Inform office if a return visit is required and what will be needed.
- Record all customer equipment information into Payzer.
- Keep truck stock at appropriate levels restocking daily.
- Record all your findings into Payzer along with before and after pictures of work completed.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Have an EPA license.
