Data Scientist- Market mix modeling

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to support the team in developing innovative solutions to build and evolve the next generation of our advertising measurement framework. The role requires hands-on experience with Python, Databricks, and Azure and the ability to lead end-to-end model development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to measure the impact of marketing investments across channels.
• Integrate Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) and other attribution frameworks to complement MMM insights and improve marketing measurement accuracy.
• Apply machine learning and causal inference techniques to quantify marketing effectiveness and uncover drivers of performance.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to evaluate campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI optimization strategies .
• Translate complex modeling outputs into clear insights and strategic recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
• Analyze the effectiveness of different marketing channels including ATL, digital, experiential, and performance marketing .
• Design and conduct experiments, incrementality tests, and causal analysis to measure marketing impact.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related roles.
• Experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or Econometrics with a focus on Marketing Mix Modeling or Marketing Measurement .
• Strong expertise in MMM methodologies, statistical modeling, and regression techniques .
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and machine learning.
• Experience with large datasets, data wrangling, and model development .
• Experience working with marketing data such as media spend, campaign metrics, sales, and customer data .
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical insights into business recommendations .
