Finance Operations Administrator
The Finance Operations Administrator provides transactional, analytical, and administrative support to the organization to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting within the financial, transportation and environmental departments.
Essential Job Functions: The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Gather and maintain accurate data from internal and external sources to track financial, environmental & transportation compliance logs.
· Support the coordination and compilation of data for external audits and assist to maintain data integrity across internal document platforms.
· Monitor and escalate non-compliance of environmental and transportation regulatory processes and/or procedures.
· Partner with cross departmental teams to review and document incidents, violations, and non-compliance concerns.
· Prepare and submit required regulatory reports accurately and timely.
· Assist with month-end closing activities as needed.
· Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations
· Report any potential Food Safety issues to management immediately
· Report any damages to company vehicles, equipment, and buildings via maintenance work order software program through lead or manager
· Report any animal welfare related issues to management immediately.
· Maintain regular and punctual attendance
· Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Required Qualifications The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance preferred.
· Minimum 2 – 4 years of relevant experience required.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Advance computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong collaborative skills with a willingness to assist others.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload, with a strong attention to detail.
· Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written.
· Ability to independently make decisions and ability to self-motivate
· Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures
Physical DemandsThe physical requirements/environmental factors for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, etc.
· Ability to safely ascend/descend stairs regularly.
· Ability to walk, stand or sit for periods of time.
· Use of hands for simple/firm grasping or computer use.
Other Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shift No weekends
