We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Bullhorn ATS / CRM Administrator to support and optimize our recruiting, onboarding, HR, and payroll technology stack. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Bullhorn ATS / CRM administration and works closely with HR, Payroll, Billing, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth system performance and accurate data flow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer Bullhorn ATS / CRM and reporting for integrated systems: Able Onboarding, Bullhorn Canvas, Absorb LMS, OnBase, Intacct, and ADP Reporting systems.
- Load and manage onboarding documents and ensure accurate data entry across platforms.
- Conduct training sessions for Bullhorn administrators and end users.
- Configure Bullhorn for new reporting units, including workflows, permissions, and system settings.
- Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and validate data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
- Work closely with the Billing team to set up projects for new reporting units in Intacct.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist with reporting needs using Bullhorn Canvas, Intacct, ADP Reporting, etc
- Support LMS administration, including user setup, course assignments, and reporting.
- Participate in system testing for updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience with Bullhorn ATS / CRM (Able Onboarding strongly preferred), experience in supporting system integrations between ATS, onboarding, HRIS, and payroll systems
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, and with financial systems such as Intacct.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Absorb preferred).
- Data analysis and reporting skills, Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Understanding of user permissions, data governance, and system security best practices.
