Criticare Plus is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team in a school setting. As a PCA, you will provide essential one-on-one care to students, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the school day. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students and enjoy a rewarding, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one personal care and assistance to students in a school environment.
- Support students with daily living activities and educational tasks.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
- Monitor and report on students' well-being and progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of each student.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with children.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during school hours.
