Lead Financial Analyst
Job Description
The Lead Financial Analyst supports a Kenvue manufacturing site and serves as the primary finance partner to site and regional leadership. This role focuses on providing financial guidance to support short- and long-term operational goals, overseeing monthly and quarterly close and reporting, and proactively identifying financial risks and mitigation plans. The LFA plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, inventory finance, and decision support for plant-level and regional initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting function

Experience supporting or partnering with operational or manufacturing teams within Pharma or CPG
-
Strong financial analysis skills with ability to explain variances, trends, and risks

Hands-on experience supporting monthly and quarterly financial close and reporting

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning

Ability to act as a finance business partner to leadership in a matrixed organization

Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to recommend and implement process improvements

Experience supporting internal and external audits and ensuring regulatory compliance

Willingness and ability to work onsite to support collaboration and culture - Prior finance experience in supply chain, or cost accounting environments

Experience supporting inventory finance (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)

MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CMA)

Exposure to regional or consumer-sector finance strategy

Experience leading through organizational change or talent development initiatives
