Manager to its team of experts, based in Philadelphia, US. This is a fantastic opportunity to

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will lead complex building automation and HVAC control projects from kickoff
through completion. You’ll coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, ensure quality results,
and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients in Harrisburg and Philadelphia. You will:

• Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of construction projects
• Represent the client both on-site and at owner meetings
• Determine manpower needs, manage contract requirements, control quality, and control
  job costs, and provide outstanding customer service
• Control job costs to ensure projects come in at, or below, budget

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of related experience and /or training, or
equivalent combination of education and experience in a related discipline. You should have:

• Knowledge of design techniques, principles, tools and instruments involved in the production
  of and use of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and computer programs used to
  produce the required results
• Hands-on management of DDC control projects over $50,000 (single project)
• Management of active work in progress of $50,000 – $1 million
• Must have a full understanding of typical HVAC systems, such as hot water and steam boiler
  systems, chilled water systems using air-cooled chillers, water-cooled chillers, tower/boiler
  heat pump systems,
  air handlers, and VAV box systems
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Valid driver’s license
