We specialize in remodeling, new construction, and exterior improvement projects while maintaining a straightforward, family-friendly work environment.

What You'll Do as a Construction Worker / Driver:

• Drive a company pickup truck and trailers to job sites within a 1.5-2 hour travel radius.
• Transport crew members, tools, materials, and equipment safely each workday.
• Load & unload tools, materials, and supplies at the shop and job sites.
• Assist with remodeling, construction, and general labor tasks as needed.
• Help maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, tools, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report any vehicle, equipment, or job site concerns promptly.
• Represent Hilltop Home Improvements professionally at customers' homes and job sites.

Our Ideal Construction Worker / Driver:

• Experienced: Preferred but not required to have 1-2 years of experience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, landscaping, delivery driving, trailer hauling, or a related hands-on role.
• Dependable: Shows up on time, follows directions, maintains a clean driving record, and prioritizes safe driving, hauling, lifting, and job site practices.
• Hands-on: Willing to assist with construction and general labor tasks while providing a basic set of hand tools and a tool belt, including a hammer, tape measure, and square.
• Team-oriented: Values a straightforward, respectful, family-friendly work environment and professionalism on the job.
• Active: Able to lift 75+ lbs., work from ladders, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
