Jennersville Road West Grove, Pennsylvania 19390 Posting No. SS2506 Posting Date: May 23, 2025 SUPPORT STAFF VACANCY Avon Grove High School Secretary - Athletics and Activities Full-time position 260 days/year 8 hours per day Monday - Friday Job duties: The Secretary will assist the Director of Athletics and Student Activities by providing support in the areas of communication, scheduling, facility use, fee collection, transportation scheduling, customer service, data entry and other duties as assigned. Job qualifications: - High School Diploma.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in a position requiring attention to detail and organization skills.
- Expertise using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in an office environment.
- Must be a team player
Wages Support Staff Wages are determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The starting wage is $18.48 per hour.
