Location: Conshohocken, PA
A leading private equity firm is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Administrative Assistant to join its growing Philadelphia-area office. This is a newly created position with strong long-term potential in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
This role will support a junior investment team while also collaborating with colleagues in New York. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
Additional Details
- Compensation: $80–90K base + discretionary bonus
- Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm with flexibility as needed
- Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar management and complex scheduling
- Travel coordination and expense management
- Providing remote support to NY-based team members
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative needs across the office
Qualifications
- Team-oriented with a “no task too big or too small” mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who takes initiative and asks questions when needed
- Positive, professional attitude
- An interest in data automation or improving administrative processes is a plus, as there will be opportunities to support related initiatives.
The Conshohocken office is currently 15–20 employees and continuing to grow, with a focus on expanding its operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm at an exciting stage of growth.
