Administrative Assistant

Location: Conshohocken, PA

A leading private equity firm is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Administrative Assistant to join its growing Philadelphia-area office. This is a newly created position with strong long-term potential in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

This role will support a junior investment team while also collaborating with colleagues in New York. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.

Additional Details

  • Compensation: $80–90K base + discretionary bonus
  • Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm with flexibility as needed
  • Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and complex scheduling
  • Travel coordination and expense management
  • Providing remote support to NY-based team members
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative needs across the office

Qualifications

  • Team-oriented with a “no task too big or too small” mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who takes initiative and asks questions when needed
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • An interest in data automation or improving administrative processes is a plus, as there will be opportunities to support related initiatives.
