Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in technology sales with a company that offers hands-on training, supportive mentorship, and real growth potential. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations team to identify client needs and offer the right solutions to help them succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing clients through outbound outreach, in-person meetings, and follow-up communication
• Learn and present Opt4 Group’s range of services and solutions to prospective customers
• Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits with senior sales staff
• Assist with quoting, proposals, CRM data entry, and internal project handoffs
• Stay up to date on technology trends in the A/V, IT, and collaboration space
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)

Preferred (but not required):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience
• Interest in technology, A/V systems, or workspace design
