The New Construction Plumber is based out of our Lititz, PA location and is a part of our New Construction Plumbing Install team. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Plumber with 4+ years of experience who excels in delivering outstanding customer service, values quality work, and enjoys leading jobs. Integrity and Customer Care are core values! This is a Safety Sensitive position.

What You Will Do as a New Construction Plumber:

• Be precise and efficient on each job to live up to our core value of integrity.

• Share your expertise and provide mentorship to those just beginning their plumbing careers.

• Work independently under minimal supervision while collaborating with a supportive team.

• Communicate effectively and take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork neatly, accurately, and on time.

What We Need From You as a New Construction Plumber:

• 7 - 10 years of New Construction plumbing experience (required).

• An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.

• A strong drive to get the job done right the first time and take pride in your work.

• Valid and current driver’s license with an insurable driving record (for a company vehicle).

• Journeyman's or Master’s License is a plus.

• Proficiency with technology, including working from an iPad and sending professional emails.

• A lifelong learner mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in the trade.
