CNC Machinist
A leading industrial manufacturer is searching for skilled and driven CNC Machinists to join their team. Candidates need 2+ years of experience operating/setting up CNC machines. This position focuses on making metal components for the aviation and industrial industries. Company works with top aerospace manufacturers and provides top of the line tools. Company is willing to train and seeks individuals interested in career advancement. This position ranges from a starting pay of $20/hr to $38/hr, + OT and bonus. This position offers a 1st shift (M-F, 7:00 am-3:30 pm) and a 2nd shift (M-T, 5:30 pm-2:00 am and Friday, 3:30 pm-12:00 am). Please apply today!

education: High School responsibilities:
- Set up, calibrate, and skillfully operate a diverse fleet of CNC machinery, including Mills, Lathes, Grinders, and advanced Multi-Axis machines.
- Seamlessly interpret complex engineering blueprints, technical manuals, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols to execute exact machining sequences.
- Utilize state of the art metrology equipment. Including CMMs, micrometers, and depth gage to validate part correctness and maintain microscopic tolerances.
- Apply a robust understanding of material science to optimize cutting speeds, feeds, and tooling choices across a wide variety of metals and alloys.
- Rigorously maintain and complete all quality control documentation, inspection sheets, and production logs to ensure full traceability.
