Job Description

Ready to be the MVP of patient outcomes and clinic productivity? As a Physical Therapy Assistant on our team, you'll be the secret sauce behind our patients' success stories. We set the bar high-think 60 visits per week (averaging 12 per day)-but we do it with purpose and passion for comprehensive care.

We're hunting for a "Humble Learner" with seriously impressive technical chops. You'll nail your assessments, deploy scientifically-backed treatment techniques that actually work (and get reimbursed!), and communicate like a pro. Here's the fun part: you'll translate complex clinical jargon into plain English that makes patients go "Oh, I get it now!" while keeping physicians and healthcare buddies in the loop with sharp, professional communication. Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited PTA program.

PTA license in the state of PA.
