Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and some industrial electrical knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over machines daily according to production requirements.
• Complete maintenance checks on machines daily to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery to assess if major repairs are necessary.
• Adjust and align machine parts for proper operation.
• Replace defective parts of machinery as needed to maintain production efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Understand and comply with OSHA Lockout-Tagout requirements.

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical ability with some industrial electrical knowledge.
• Experience with 240V/480V and 3-phase motors.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in manual machining.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
