Automotive Service Advisor

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring every client receives attentive, knowledgeable support from their initial visit through to vehicle delivery. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing a seamless, positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and professional experience throughout their service visit.
- Conduct thorough consultations to accurately identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance services.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service updates, repair timelines, and any changes to their vehicle's status.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all work.
- Manage multiple customer accounts and service requests, prioritizing tasks to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service.
