Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney
A growing, midsized law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients, is seeking a talented and motivated Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plaintiff medical malpractice. The firm is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment that values work-life balance and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Manage caseloads and deadlines effectively
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and other team members
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 1-6 years of experience in plaintiff medical malpractice
- Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for advocating for injured clients
