Skilled Laborer / Field Assistant – Residential Construction

Job Type: Full-Time (W2 or 1099 Option) - Not Looking for Subcontractors for piece work.
We’re a growing home builder and renovation company looking for a dependable skilled laborer/ Field Assist. to join our team. This is a full-time position with consistent work on new builds, additions, and renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with a wide range of construction and renovation tasks (demo, punch list work, small carpentry, cleanup, light repairs, etc.).
- Work independently on assigned tasks and get them done without constant supervision.
- Support project managers and subs as needed to keep jobs moving.
- Take initiative to solve small problems on site.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must show up on time, ready to work.
- No drugs or alcohol.
- Basic tools a plus, but not required (we can supply as needed).
- General construction/handyman experience preferred.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
