LOA Data Entry
Job Description
This is a short-term contract role created to support the HR team during an unexpected leave and a critical system transition. The contractor will begin with administrative and data-entry work and quickly ramp into more complex transactional work as training progresses.
The role will play a key part in supporting a vendor transition and file integration effort, requiring high attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
Perform high-volume administrative and data entry work within Oracle HR systems
Review and interpret data from status change reports
Accurately apply required updates and changes in Oracle based on report findings
Support a vendor transition by manually inputting data received from MetLife due to delayed file integration
Assist with process documentation, including mapping entry timing and SOPs
Ensure data accuracy and completeness during a critical go-live period (July 1)
Maintain urgency and throughput while adhering to established processes
Collaborate closely with internal HR partners and temporary team members

Skills and Requirements
Experience as a polished administrative assistant, HR admin, or data-entry professional
Strong ability to consume, interpret, and act on structured reports
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in systems-based environments (Oracle experience is a plus; training will be provided)
Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
Reliable, dependable, and able to start ASAP Prior leave of absence (LOA) or HR operations experience
Exposure to HR systems or benefits administration
Experience supporting system transitions or vendor changes
