Staff accountant

A healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. This position offers the chance to contribute to a mission-driven organization while continuing to grow professionally. The role provides competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the flexibility to work remotely with occasional onsite days (2x per year).

Staff Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience with general ledger, cash management, and financial statements
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience in healthcare environments preferred
• Must live within 3 hours of Mechanicsburg, PA

Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end close
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Manage cash activity and prepare related financial reports
• Support the accounting team with ongoing financial operations and reporting

Staff Accountant Position Perks & Benefits:
