CNS Insurance LLC is hiring a Commercial Insurance Agent Trainee to work with businesses across multiple industries, including transportation, trucking, logistics, and other commercial sectors.

No insurance experience required.

We provide training and support to help you obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days.

This is a strong opportunity to build a long-term, high-income career in commercial insurance and sales.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with business owners across multiple industries, including:
  • Trucking & transportation companies
  • Contractors and construction businesses
  • Small to mid-sized commercial clients
• Learn how to sell and structure commercial insurance programs
• Quote and recommend coverage such as:
  • Commercial Auto (including trucking fleets)
  • General Liability
  • Workers Compensation
  • Property Insurance
  • Umbrella / Excess Liability
• Work with insurance carriers to develop competitive proposals
• Advise clients on risk management and coverage needs
• Cross-sell additional services including DOT compliance and safety programs (for transportation clients)

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, customer service, or business experience preferred
• Interest in working with business owners and commercial clients
• Ability to obtain a P&C insurance license within 60 days (we help you)
