General Production Worker

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Overtime: Potential for extended hours until 4:30 PM during busy production periods

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable General Production Worker to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the manufacturing and assembly of trusses using hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trusses using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret tape measurements accurately
• Follow production specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Assist with general production and assembly duties as needed
• Support team productivity and meet daily production goals

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, assembly, or general labor
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with truss manufacturing
• Packing and shipping experience
• Additional construction or production experience

Work Environment

This position is located in a manufacturing facility where employees work with a variety of tools and equipment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production setting and following all company safety procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beech Creek, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
