Position: Dietary Manager
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily dietary operations
- Manage kitchen staff & scheduling
- Ensure compliance with dietary regulations
- Plan nutritious, resident-focused menus
- Maintain food safety & sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in dietary/food service management
- Strong leadership & organizational skills
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations (preferred)
- Passion for resident care and teamwork
