Your impact

• Work with the Process Team Leader to troubleshoot ongoing processing issues and stabilize operations.
• Support setups to bring lines into production and actively participate in job start-ups.
• Partner with corporate engineers on new product development and R&D trial requests.
• Continuously elevate product quality by following established improvement programs.
• Commission and start up new equipment, providing process expertise.
• Keep process definition sheets and tracking systems current and complete.
• Leverage technical proficiency developed primarily through experience and on-the-job training.
• Record and maintain all required process and quality data with precision.
• Take on other duties as needed to support the operation.
