**Qualifications Needed:**- Proficient with Topcon or Trimble GPS and total stations.
- Experience in Construction Stakeout, As Built Surveys, and Utility Line Route Surveys.
- Skilled in conducting Topographic, Property, and Boundary Surveys.
- Competence with Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
