Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the face of H.L. Stoneberger, providing top-tier service across both residential and light commercial clients in Mechanicsburg, PA, and surrounding areas like Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, and Hershey. You’ll:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems efficiently and accurately

• Use mobile software for documentation and billing, no paperwork nightmares

• Manage your own service schedule with confidence and professionalism

• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up

• Stay sharp with training on our equipment brands and systems

• 1+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician

• EPA Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work solo and manage your own time

• Comfortable using mobile apps for service documentation and billing

• Customer-first mindset and professional communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
