Senior Metallurgist - Steel Mill
Seeking: Senior Metallurgist || Pennsylvania || Compensation: $110k to $140k
Reputable Steel Producer seeks Senior Metallurgist to provide technical guidance for their Specialty Alloy Mill.
- Develops, implements & reviews operating practices to exceed industry standards in the production of quality steel
- Interprets data & makes recommendations to management team
- Trains & Mentors Junior Personnel
- Collaborates with Sales Team on Quality related issues
- Initiates Changes to Improve Quality & Process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Metallurgy or Material Science
- 3+ Years Relevant Metallurgy, Quality or Process Experience
- Steel Manufacturing Experience a MUST
- Six Sigma Certified (Black Belt or Higher)
