IT Manager, Client Success

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Client Success Manager to join our leadership team. This role will serve as a critical architect in shaping organizational strategy, identifying transformative opportunities, and providing oversight of integrations, analytics, and innovative agentic solutions that deliver substantial value to our clients, consumers, and internal partners.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide training initiatives and support frameworks, leveraging cutting-edge delivery methods to foster operational excellence and sustained client success across all levels of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership
Assume responsibility for overseeing the comprehensive onboarding of new clients into the consult technology environment, orchestrating strategic training initiatives and directing long-term adoption to ensure user confidence and enduring client success.
Partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders to align and integrate existing resources, materials, and solutions with the organization’s overarching strategic objectives.
Design and govern enterprise-level training and onboarding models for both new and existing clients, ensuring consistent delivery and measurable impact.
Establish and steward a robust support infrastructure that encompasses self-service resources, AI-driven assistance, and expert-led support, fostering a seamless client experience.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive ownership matrix for all training and support materials, ensuring accountability and ongoing enhancement at the leadership level.
Performance, Analysis and Reporting
Establish key performance indicators to evaluate support team effectiveness.
Develop a comprehensive model to monitor client adoption of technological processes.
Implement robust feedback mechanisms to assess the impact of training initiatives.
Provide actionable insights regarding the client dashboard workstream.
Facilitate the transition of data from operational planning to financial outcomes, ensuring clear communication with clients actively engaged in these processes.
Design and administer an integrated onsite audit program for field support, offering strategic guidance to optimize client operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience with training and supporting application users
Proven track record of delivering value through impactful insights and solutions
Experience working with both internal and external Aramark clientele
