Operational Excellence
• Maintain smooth daily patient flow
• Identify inefficiencies and help implement improvements
• Uphold impeccable organizational standards
• Represent Aether Medicine with professionalism at all times

• 3–5+ years experience in a medical office, concierge practice, executive office, or high- end hospitality setting
• Medical Assistant certification strongly preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Strong EMR proficiency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

supported at every step. Clinical excellence alone is not enough. The experience must be
elevated, seamless, and intentional.
You will play a central role in protecting and elevating that standard.
