Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVOR
- Provide expert care in open heart surgery procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams in a scrub role
- Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
- Respond to on-call duties with a 30-minute response time
Requirements of the RN - CVOR
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with EPIC charting system
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required - exemptions may be allowed
