Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor inventory levels and control food and labor costs
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Prepare financial reports and analyze restaurant performance metrics
• Lead marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and increase foot traffic

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume dining environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
