Restaurant Manager - High Volume Casual Dining

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our high-volume casual dining establishment in Lancaster. This full-time, on-site role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, from overseeing daily operations to developing strategic initiatives that drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of fostering a positive work culture, training staff, and implementing innovative solutions that reflect our commitment to quality and service. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional development and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor inventory levels and control food and labor costs
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Prepare financial reports and analyze restaurant performance metrics
- Lead marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and increase foot traffic
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume dining environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
