As a **Security Officer - Financial Institution Patrol Driver** in **Philadelphia, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This post requires driving in accordance with Allied Universal's driver policy. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols and training.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions or unauthorized individuals within the financial institution environment.
+ Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
+ Assist with crowd management and help to deter disruptive or criminal activity within the location as needed.
+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and local law enforcement as required by site protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
