Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Wind Gap, Pennsylvania

Type: Contract
Compensation: $27.78 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 6a-2p, M-F - Potential for Overtime after Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment across multiple workstations

• Perform routine quality and production reporting accurately

• Make minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues to supervisors

• Load raw materials and assist with batch processing

• Collect quality control samples and maintain QA parameters

• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Support team members and assist with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred

• Comfortable wearing a respirator up to 50% of the shift

• Ability to work in a cold, enclosed warehouse environment

• Steel-toe safety shoes required (employee provided)

• Positive attitude with the ability to rotate duties and work as part of a team
