Sanitation / Janitorial Crew Member
Marburger Farm Dairy, a family-owned and operated company since 1938, is dedicated to providing quality local dairy products and exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a diligent Sanitation Crew Member to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation duties in various areas of the facility including bathrooms, break rooms, storage areas, office areas, and changing rooms.
- Perform bi-weekly sanitation duties in cooler areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the facility.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
