To excel in the role of Child Care Assistant Group Supervisor, several key skills and qualifications are necessary. A high school diploma or general educational development certificate is required. Depending on the position, applicants must have one of the following: 30 credit hours in early childhood education, 600 or more hours of secondary training, 15 credit hours in relevant fields and at least 1 year of experience working with children, completion of a post-secondary training curriculum, or 2 years of experience with children. Additionally, the ability to obtain criminal, child abuse, FBI, and National Sex Offender Registry clearances is vital to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Minimum of high school diploma
