Summary:

The Digital Communication Associate is responsible for managing the process of creating, designing, and editing digital content designed to cultivate favorable impressions and awareness of ENB through effective video-based communications targeted to customers, employees and shareholders. This position will primarily focus on production of compelling video content designed to communicate with both external and internal audiences. It will also lead the expansion of ENB's in-house digital production capabilities in order to produce more content of higher production quality and reduce reliance on third parties.

  • External Communication

Create compelling communications that promote ENB to external audiences and support sales enablement via ENB's digital media channels. External communications will primarily focus on the following:

  • ENB's brand story, history and commitment to building community;
  • Educational information and resources designed to help customers achieve financial wellbeing;
  • Information on current economic events and their potential impact on customers;
  • Tutorials assisting customers in the utilization of digital services that provide expanded access to their accounts beyond traditional delivery methods;
  • Tips for safety and security; and
  • Product marketing and sales support.
  • Internal Communication

Independently collaborate with internal business partners on the development and execution of communications designed to build ENB culture, employee engagement, purpose, strategic & brand awareness, product knowledge, bank news and sales enablement. Internal communications will primarily focus on the following:

  • Podcast style updates on the state of the company and details on current company events, happenings and performance;
  • Training support designed to increase knowledge of ENB products and services and demonstrate how they can help customers in order to recommend solutions in alignment with best sales practices; and
  • Instruction on how to utilize internal software, systems and resources.

Competencies:

  • ENB Functional and Operational Competencies

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business or relevant discipline required, will consider equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in video production and editing preferred. Other relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Graphic design experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information from diverse sources to all levels of internal and external publics, both written and orally, is required.

Supervisory Requirements:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs is required.

Travel:

Travel is primarily local during the business day between branch offices, local business and local expo venues.
