Licensed Practical Nurse/ Medical Assistant

Position Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse - Promotes and restores patients health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.

Location and Hours of Position

PHN Clarion Community Health Center: 30 Pinnacle Dr., Suite 101, Clarion, PA 16214

The general office hours for this position are Monday -Thursday (8am-6pm),Friday (8am-12pm)The position is located in Clarion PA.

Compensation

Position starts at $20.00 per hour (LPN), however, PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of nursing

Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge

Administering Medication

Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred

Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction

Computer proficient
