Speech-Language Pathologist for Elementary

In this role, youll offer speech-language intervention, conduct assessments, and collaborate with educational stakeholders to foster student success.

What Youll Be Doing:

You will administer speech and language screenings and comprehensive evaluations, design IEP-driven intervention plans, provide direct therapy (individual and small group), participate in team meetings, and monitor student progress to ensure measurable outcomes. Youll also work alongside classroom teachers and support staff to tailor strategies that foster student communication in daily school activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license and PDE school certification

• Preferred: previous experience working in schools

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
