Job Details:
Survey CAD Technician – Bucks County, PA (Hybrid 2–3 Days Remote)
A well-established civil engineering and surveying firm in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of land development and infrastructure projects in a flexible hybrid environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare survey drawings, base maps, and plats using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Process field data and assist with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys
- Draft existing conditions, utilities, and right-of-way plans
- Collaborate with survey crews and engineers to ensure accurate deliverables
- Maintain drawing standards and assist with project documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Survey CAD Tech
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of survey data and mapping principles
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
