CNC Machinist/Programmer (Mazak – Mazatrol, Fadal VMC, Sunnen Hone) — Day Shift

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (optional early start at 5:00 AM; unlimited overtime available)

We’re adding a CNC Machinist who can set up, program, and run Mazak CNCs (Mazatrol a plus) , Fadal vertical mills, and a Sunnen horizontal hone for ultra-tight work. You’ll also jump on manual machines when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC machines using Mazatrol

• Run Fadal vertical mills and a Sunnen horizontal hone to tight tolerances

• Perform precision manual machining when needed

• Read and interpret blueprints/GD&T

• Verify work using micrometers, bore gages, indicators, and CMM

• Manage first-piece/in-process inspections, offsets, and tool changes

• Collaborate with the team to meet quality and delivery goals

What You Bring

• 3+ years of CNC machining (Mazak, Fadal, or similar)

• Strong setup/program/run skills (Mazatrol a plus)

• Proven ability to hold tight tolerances (tenths on bores/hones)

• Comfort switching between CNC and manual machines

• Blueprint/GD&T literacy and inspection experience

• Team-first attitude, steady hand, pride in craftsmanship
