What You'll Do
As a Project Engineer , you'll play a key role in ensuring every aspect of the project runs smoothly-from technical planning and documentation to problem-solving in the field. You'll work closely with superintendents, craft teams, and clients to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time results.
Your responsibilities will include:

Interpreting design plans and specifications for construction teams.

Identifying and resolving design discrepancies, interferences, or field challenges.
-
Preparing and maintaining project documentation-status reports, submittals, sketches, punch lists, and more.

Monitoring budgets, costs, and schedules to support project profitability.

Assisting in the preparation of field design changes and "as-built" drawings.

Supporting project safety programs and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Providing mentorship or training to junior team members.
What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of previous construction, design, or project management experience in heavy civil or highway work preferred.
