- reliable, honest, and willing to multitask
- good with interpersonal communication skills and professional conduct
- capable in handling front desk responsibilities and basic clinical duties, as needed
Basic requirements:
- Experience with insurance verification, prior authorization, precertification, basic medical coding
- EMR/EHR familiarity
