We are a growing dental practice in Pottsville looking for an experienced Office Manager who knows how to lead from the front. This is not a sit-in-the-office-with-the-door-closed role — we are looking for a working Office Manager who is comfortable being hands-on, supporting the front desk, and helping the entire team stay aligned and accountable.
If you enjoy building systems, strengthening culture, and making sure the business side of dentistry runs smoothly, this could be a great fit.
ScheduleFull-time – 40 hours per week
What We’re Looking For- Previous dental office management experience (required)
- Strong understanding of day-to-day dental operations
- Experience with Denticon or SoftDent is a major plus
- Ability to balance leadership with teamwork
- Someone who is organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office
- AR management and collections oversight
- Insurance and revenue cycle monitoring
- HR support including onboarding, team accountability, and culture building
- Team scheduling and provider schedule optimization
- Support front office when needed — this is a working OM role
- Monitor KPIs and help drive office growth
You are confident but approachable. You understand that a strong office culture drives strong performance. You’re comfortable having accountability conversations, but you lead with respect. You know that AR, scheduling, and team management aren’t “extra tasks” — they are what keep an office healthy.
