Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Wilkes Barre, PA, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide specialized services throughout the academic year. This contract role offers the opportunity to support a diverse student population with speech and language development within an educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification with CCC
• Eligible for or holding SLP School certification
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address communication disorders
• Monitor and document student progress regularly
• Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements
